Our Prices are fixed and set out in our website (https://www.dentasup.com). We confirms this that prices shown on this website are accurate. However, occasionally by not updating prices are mispriced. Sometimes we issue sale prices.

2. Payment

  •   can be made by methods provided for you on www.dentasup.com website and you must be over 18 to make any payment.
  •  All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current Kingdom of Saudi Arabia rate.
 3.Acknowledging your Order
  •  Following your confirmation of your order, we will send you an email to acknowledge your order. Please note this email is not a confirmation or acceptance of your order.
  • If during processing we discover for any unforeseen reason that we cannot complete your order we will cancel the order and email you explaining why (for instance, a stock shortage, inability to obtain payment, or the identification of a pricing, product or product description fault).
  • Once your order is accepted and the contract concluded when the product ordered is dispatched.

4.Shipping Policy

Current Shipping Companies SMSA Express, Carrier or Zajel Fetchr:
As for orders that will be shipped through a third party such as SMSA, Naqel or Fetchr, the shipping company will contact the customer within 8 to 20 working days (on average) to coordinate delivery and confirm the address and delivery date.
For the best delivery, we will request information about the area, neighborhood, street, building and residential unit. We may also request a fixed phone number and location on Google Maps to facilitate delivery and to avoid errors.
It is also preferable to provide an alternative mobile in case the representative of the shipping company called and the customer did not respond.
Delivery takes place within a period of 7 to 20  working days at the latest from the date of receiving your order inside the Kingdom.
Delivery fee of 30 SAR for orders of less than 300 SAR within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In the event that there is an error in the address or communication data, or the customer’s address is not clear for some reason, or the customer is outside the urban area or paved roads, the shipping company may contact the customer to receive the products from the nearest distribution office or warehouse available to the customer’s place.
  • International Shipping:
Shipping outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will depend on the prices of the shipping company, the weight of the order, the country and the time
We will show an approximate value of the shipping amount before finalizing the purchase, but this value may change due to the variables mentioned above and therefore DentaSup  or cancel the order shipment and the customer will be informed in all cases of the action that will be taken.
  • Shipment tracking:
When your order is shipped, you will receive a text message, a call will be made, or you will receive an email message according to the shipping company's policy, and there is often an electronic link to determine the appropriate place and time of receipt for the customer.
To track your order, click on the link or visit the shipping company’s website, then put the tracking number in the search space on the shipping company’s website, and you will get a complete and detailed schedule of the shipment’s movement until the moment you receive it and sign the receipt.
    5 Return & Refund Policy
    • Any customer could return the product within 7days. The product/goods should be unused in its original packing.
    • Anyone will have either replacement/exchange or refund options ( if product is returned unused in its original packing within 7 days )
    •  Buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs unless the product is damaged or not as described.
    • DentaSup store will refund complete price of the product, but the postage and shipping cost will be on buyer side.

      6 Cancellation Policy 

      •  We process all orders within 1 working day. You may cancel your order anytime within anytime of the same day or before dispatching/Shipping to your address, otherwise it will be too late. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.
      • To can your order you must notify us by telephone, email, or in writing.
      • If you receive any item that you did not order, please notify us on ASAP (As Soon As Possible) basis.
      • If order is cancelled after 1 working day and the order is shipped to buyer address, then buyer will bear the shipping and postage cost in case of cancellation.
